The Lions Club of Ipswich is again organising a "Walk in the Park" to raise money for Diabetes UK.
The walk will take place at Greshams Sports and Social Club, Tuddenham Road, Ipswich
The 2010 walk will take place on June 20th with a 2.00pm start. Light refreshments will be available.
The maximum lenght of the walk is approximately 5 miles which will be 9 laps of the marked course.
You can complete as many of the maximum 9 laps as you like.
Get yourself sponsored by as many people as you can to complete the longest distance you feel you can cover.
The more sponsors and the more laps you do the more money will be raised.
The 2009 walk raised £1185.00
We must point out however that the course is not suitable for wheel chairs and the only dogs allowed are guide dogs.
